The hotel had spacious hotel grounds and lots of room at the pools. I found the rooms were very comfy and tidy. The breakfast was also very good and facilities were fine.
The check-in process was long and slow. It took about 20 minutes waiting. The room felt remote. I found moisture on the walls, and the room was smelly.

Really good stay

I found the pools awesome. The heated one at the level was lovely. I also really liked the beds and the showers. They were top class. Access to rooms with a bracelet was very comfortable and saved me from constantly thinking about keys.
The check-in process was slow. I spent over an hour sorting out the room. I think improvements should be made.

The hotel boasts a secluded location with expansive, well-kept green areas. It has many spots for solitude and quiet contemplation. The views of the mountains, sea, and city at night are fantastic.. definitely worth the visit.

I appreciated the golf course. It was in good condition. I enjoyed two rounds there. The swimming pools were great.. the heated one at the level I loved. The children had fun in their designated pools.

The check-in process was ridiculously slow. i waited over an hour, and the staff seemed disorganized. the room smelled of dampness, and there was visible moisture on the walls. It felt unpleasant.

The swimming pools were awesome. I especially liked the heated one at the level and the ones for the kids. Breakfast included a wide range of fresh produce. The staff were professional and friendly.
The check-in process took TOO long. I waited about 20 minutes and spent another 10 minutes with the agent. The air conditioning in the room was LOUD.
