spacious hotel comfortable room good breakfast slow check-in remote room wall moisture
The hotel had spacious hotel grounds and lots of room at the pools. I found the rooms were nice and neat. The breakfast was also very good and facilities were fine.
The check-in process was long and slow. It took about 20 minutes waiting. The room felt remote. There was only one elevator to get there. I found moisture on the walls, and the room was smelly.

Really good stay
heated pool comfortable bed top class shower
I found the pools awesome. The heated one at the level was lovely. I also really liked the beds and the showers. They were top class. Access to rooms with a bracelet was very comfortable and saved me from constantly thinking about keys.
The check-in process was slow. I spent over an hour sorting out the room. I think improvements should be made.

The hotel boasts a secluded location with expansive, well-kept green areas. It has many spots for solitude and quiet contemplation. The views of the mountains, sea, and city at night are fantastic.. definitely worth the visit.

slow check-in damp room
The grounds are beautiful. The pools provide ample space for children.
The check-in process was ridiculously slow. i waited over an hour, and the staff seemed disorganized. the room smelled of dampness, and there was visible moisture on the walls. It felt unpleasant.

Decent stay overall
heated pool friendly staff fresh produce long check-in loud ac slow process
The swimming pools were awesome. I especially liked the heated one at the level and the ones for the kids. Breakfast included a wide range of fresh produce. The staff were professional and friendly.
The check-in process took TOO long. I waited about 20 minutes and spent another 10 minutes with the agent. The air conditioning in the room was LOUD.
